BRIEF
There were two parts to this project, two asks in its brief:
1. We needed to incorporate EWS fraud detection and prevention into the "Add a Payment Source" user flow. This involved the incorporation of a "trial deposit" flow.
2. And then we integrated Plaid. Which gives users the option of adding a payment source by logging into their account.

PROCESS
This project started with a business need, related to fraud. This party was about compliance with a banking industry change and needed to be updated by a specific date. And then we added a new feature to the add-a-payment source flow. The problem solving here was less about what to do and more about how to do it. And then delivering so it can be developed..
This project started with a team ideation session in InVision Freehand. We reviewed the brief, defined the scope and sketched out a direction as a group.
Then, my self and the other UX designer fleshed out user flows and wires. First together as a UX team and then with the larger pod. We then presented this work to the client. After we had a clear direction, we delivered updated annotations and copy decks so this work could be developed.
Solutioning
This project started with team ideation. Followed by some individual ideation.
Team Ideation

User Flows
The first thing we did was update the user flows.

Plaid
Deliverables
And then we delivered wireframes and annotations. Because there were a few entry points into the Add-A-Payment-Source experience, there were many small updates that needed to be made to the product. And! There were also multiple variations of the product. We delivered new wires, updated wires and up-to-date annotations of all wires.
