Identity design project for a boutique real estate firm in Brooklyn that specialized in unusual buildings and raw industrial spaces for artists. In other words, real estate in locations that were off the beaten path. I came up with the name, designed the logo, business card and letterhead. I also made a sign which was the logo with an easy-to-read phone number under it.
